JLB was born in North Sudan and left because of war. At the age of 4, JLB received a visa to the U.S.A. From Seattle to Omaha—Hillary “JLB” Elia studied the art of hip-hop and fell in love. JLB never wanted to be a rapper, but his life choices that led to 2 felony warrants, before he was 21 years old, led him to a walk with Christ. He uses his music today to work with Christian and non-Christian musicians. He also runs a Bible study and is working to establish himself as a full time worldwide rapper and minister.
